We accept return requests within 30 days of the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging and accessories.

Items that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund. Certain items may also be excluded from returns where applicable.

How to Request a Return

Before returning an item, please contact us at contact@sparklegems.store with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

We will review your request and provide the appropriate return instructions if your order is eligible.

Return Shipping

Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your wood product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can review the issue and assist you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect wood product, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@sparklegems.store. Please include your order number and, when possible, photos of the product and packaging.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please contact our support team and we will review the available options for your order.
